Diva Challenge 255

The past to the present -- I took a tile from my very first class from CZT Sue Clark in April of 2013 (left below) and redid it today.  Patterns are Zander, Florz, Bales and Tipple.  I think the biggest change for me is the difference in shading.  Plus I finally allow myself to change a pattern a little.  My zander has a bit of rounding and a vine entwined, and some loose strands.  Florz changes up in size, and I added an aura to it.  Bales and Tipple are basically true to the original pattern.

  2. Wow! what a difference...they're both really well drawn and composed but there's much more contrast and dimension.

  8. It is easy to see who took lessons from a CZT for their tiles. Such a good start. As time goes, we learn to let tangles do what they want. You have developed a lovely style of you own!

  9. What a lovely tile you have created from your earlier one! Although the tangles on both are well done, your new one is so alive and confident. It's easy to see that you have definitely developed your own relaxed style and it's beautiful. Thank you for sharing!
