Finally, I took the time to create a zendala. I love creating them and just don't get around to it enough. This is created using the Flower of Life as a template, and then I just took it my own way. I saw a zendala made by Alena Solonschikova where she used white on the tan paper and I really liked the look. I have never done a piece with white as the outline instead of black or sepia. It was a challenge in part because I had to eliminate the pencil marks underlying the white gelly roll so it wouldn't show or smear. The color is done with prismacolor colored pencils and is done in a Strathmore Toned Tan journal and measures 6".
